Dedicated Funeral Home Marketing Experts Who Understand Your Mission
We believe funeral professionals are a deeply important part of the fabric of every community. We believe in the value of service and the healing power of ceremony.

THE PEOPLE
Your Dedicated Team of Marketers

Michael Anderson
President
Michael grew up immersed in the funeral profession, cutting his teeth in the family business, Anderson Funeral Homes in Cincinnati, Ohio. As the son of a second-generation funeral home owner, he gained a deep appreciation for the industry early on. After completing his MBA at the University of Michigan, Michael spent more than a decade building his expertise in pharmaceutical marketing. In 2012, he returned to his roots and spent five years doing pre-need marketing with The Outlook Group before embarking on a new mission in 2017: to elevate the at-need marketing standards of funeral service providers. That mission sparked the creation of what is now @need Marketing. Many don’t know that Michael is a licensed pharmacist, though he’s never dispensed medicine in the 26 years he’s held his license. Many do know that despite his knowledge of the human body, he will still put down an entire pizza (and a bowl of Skyline chili, if you have it) in one sitting. Michael’s free time is typically spent going on adventures with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, or participating in church activities.

Jenny McClanahan
Creative Director
Jenny has built her reputation on two things: powerful creative and genuine connection. With nearly a decade in the funeral service space — and more than 20 years leading creative direction and marketing operations at Cox Media — she brings both strategic discipline and instinctive design to every project. As creative director at @need, Jenny drives brand clarity, campaign performance, and innovation across the agency. She leads with empathy and precision, helping funeral homes communicate with authenticity while standing out in increasingly competitive markets. Her work is thoughtful, performance-minded, and rooted in a deep understanding of the families each brand serves. When she’s not leading creative strategy, she’s likely rescuing a thrifted button-up or pair of jeans and stitching it back to life — a reflection of the same philosophy she brings to brands: honor what matters, and make it even better. And IYKYK: her hugs are undefeated.

Faith Bennett
Manager, Account Strategy
In her marketing strategies and in her chair at the table, Faith does not slouch. Ever. Though we’re not sure how her posture came to be so perfect, we do know that Faith’s mastery of targeted, proactive marketing strategies was forged through her years in the online retail space. Now, she applies those skills as she works closely with our partners to plan and execute custom campaigns, bring visibility to their digital presence, and stay one step ahead of the ever-changing marketing landscape. Faith’s fun-loving spirit takes her all over the city of Indianapolis as she searches for the best new restaurants and activities. Her deep love of live music means Faith’s calendar is always filled with concerts and shows.

Caitlin Bray
Content Specialist
If content is king, then Caitlin is our content queen. Thanks to her training in both writing and marketing, Caitlin knows how to craft bespoke, insightful content that inspires trust in your brand and resonates with families. Her skill with copy brings fresh and engaging messaging to websites, press releases, print and digital ads, social media posts, and other projects–and not just for our partners. Caitlin is also the voice behind our agency’s B2B marketing presence. If you ever want to do something nice for Caitlin, you can easily win her favor by enabling her unhealthy obsession with Chipotle. When not engrossed in a book or crossword puzzle, Caitlin can be found roaming the aisles of her local antique stores and thrift shops or spending quality time with family.

Corrinne Huber
Agency Account Manager
Many of our partners have the pleasure of speaking with Corrinne every day, whether it be by email or phone. Her education in business management and political science help her navigate any situation that comes her way with tact and precision, helping create solutions for our partners that exceed their expectations. Corrinne has a sixth sense for sniffing out inefficiency, and if you leave her alone in a room for long enough, you may return to find she has reorganized your closet and somehow saved you money on your car insurance. In addition to her skills as an account manager, Corrinne has mastered several other crafts including curating a diverse and colorful wardrobe as well as throwing the perfect themed party for family and friends.

Brooke Feher
Traffic Coordinator
Brooke is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she studied marketing and entrepreneurship. Her passion for business and marketing fuels her work with @need, where she operates as the conductor of any and all partner projects, keeping the @need train on the track and on time. At 5’ 1”, Brooke makes for a rather small conductor; however, what she lacks in height, she makes up for in both volume of hair and positive attitude. Brooke finds joy in cooking and baking for her loved ones, which of course means that she is also into reading thrillers, because baking muffins and thrill-seeking always go hand in hand.

Jansen Lenzi
Digital Marketing Manager
It might be more accurate to describe Jansen as a digital marketing wizard, one who uses his powers for good to support the digital presence of our funeral home and cemetery partners. Together with his education and extensive experience in business management, Jansen’s passion and talent for digital marketing uniquely position him to help @need’s partners run extremely efficient and results-focused digital marketing campaigns. Using data-driven strategies for SEO, GEO, PPC, Google Local Service Ads, OTT, and other digital marketing tactics, Jansen sets the bar for quality lead generation in the at-need funeral space. An explorer of both digital trends and the great outdoors, Jansen enjoys spending a weekend with his family in a pop-up camper or taking a hike (literally). You may also find him cruising the roads on his Onewheel board, wind rippling majestically through his hair.

Becky Hart
Account Strategist
Becky got her start in higher education, serving in several communications and content production roles before becoming a one-woman content strategy show, handling everything from digital strategy to PR in her previous position. A self-proclaimed “word nerd,” she combines storytelling with calculated strategy to provide our partners with effective and insightful marketing plans to reach families. And it doesn’t stop there. Becky is also the woman to call if you need a group fitness instructor, a book recommendation, or are looking to rehome an elderly cat (“I like the old ones; they’re chill.”)

Temeika Love
Senior Account Manager
Temeika has spent her career mastering the art of purposeful communication. With nearly three decades of marketing experience and almost twenty in the funeral space, her skill and instinct are inimitable. Temeika got her start in 1999 at The Outlook Group, where she spent 18.5 years working in pre-need marketing with Michael and eventually Jenny. In 2017, Temeika parted ways with the funeral profession, going on to become a channel marketing specialist at USA Today Co., Inc. (formerly Gannett) and then an education and communication specialist at SageSure. In 2026, Temeika’s path came full circle when she rejoined her friends in the funeral profession to become @need’s senior account manager. If you want to find her off the clock, just follow the cheering: she's a die-hard Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Lakers fan who will watch virtually any sport in existence. When the games aren't on, she's out shopping, spending quality time with her “three sisters from another mother,” or teaching Bible study to the next generation at her church — because investing in people, it turns out, is kind of her thing.

Eric Marasco
Senior Manager, Account Strategy
A Butler University grad who grew up in Northwest Indiana just outside Chicago (yes, he does bleed Bears, White Sox, and Blackhawks), Eric began his career in sales in 1996, where he learned early that the best marketing starts with actually listening. Over the next two-plus decades, he built deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and content, growing into senior-level strategy work. Eric may be new to the funeral profession, but he is no stranger to helping business owners grow through intentional, well-executed marketing, and he relishes the chance to use his skills in the service of what he calls “real purpose.” When he’s not strategizing, you will find Eric on a tennis court, a mountain bike trail, or a golf course — ideally followed by a proper espresso. He has strong opinions about the merits of Italy for your next vacation, even stronger ones about fantasy football, and an unshakeable commitment to mentoring the next generation through his Catholic faith. He married his high school sweetheart in 1998, has two grown kids making their own way in the world, and is fully embracing empty-nester life.
