PRESIDENT

Michael Anderson

From a young age, Michael has been immersed in funeral service. After spending 13 years at Eli Lily, he returned to the family business with a determination to help families and funeral homes connect on a deeper level. His years in sales and familiarity with the funeral profession have led to deep bonds with partners and results-focused strategies. Michael’s free time is typically spent going on adventures with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, or shredding it up on the golf course.

ACCOUNT STRATEGY

Faith Bennett

Faith has perfected the art of running paid search campaigns and otherwise crushing the digital marketing game through her years in the online retail space. Now she applies those skills as she works closely with our partners, meeting with them on a regular basis to help them optimize their paid search strategies, enhance their websites’ SEO, and develop innovative new projects. Faith’s fun-loving spirit takes her all over the city of Indianapolis as she searches for the best new restaurants and activities. Her deep love of live music means Faith’s calendar is always filled with concerts and shows.

Corrinne Huber

Corrinne is the glue of the @need team, expertly coordinating all cross-department projects, deadlines, and communication. Her education in business management and political science helped her cultivate a comprehensive world view and an aptitude for empathetic decision making, which complement her tenacious motivation to provide exceptional services to our partners. In addition to her skills as a traffic manager, Corrinne has mastered several other crafts including curating a diverse and colorful wardrobe as well as throwing the perfect party for family and friends.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Daniel Hug

Daniel brings an innate understanding of people and a deep desire to help others to the @need family. Applying his training in the hospitality sector to his work in the funeral profession, Daniel skillfully seeks to find the best solutions for each unique funeral home’s needs, creating flourishing and results-focused partnerships. No stranger to new places and faces, Daniel loves to travel and is working toward a goal to visit all 50 U.S. states. Appropriately, he also enjoys watching auto racing—a true Hoosier!

Jenny McClanahan

Jenny’s design expertise can be attributed to natural talent as well as 20+ years at Cox Media managing operations, creative departments, and marketing. Now the creative force of @need, she is constantly driving new initiatives and leading the design team with finesse and dedication. She doesn’t just get funeral service, she improves it every day. For Jenny, making things beautiful doesn’t stop at the end of the work day. Whether through her art or her selfless sense of service, Jenny spends many of her work-free hours touching the lives of her friends and family.

Caitlin Bray

Caitlin’s background in copywriting enables her to develop engaging messaging for our partners’ websites, press releases, print ads, social media posts, and more. She consistently seeks new creative marketing ideas and incorporates her findings into her work with partners, keeping their content fresh and unique. When not engrossed in a book, Caitlin can be found roaming the aisles of her local antique stores and thrift shops or spending time with family.

Brooke Feher

Brooke is a student at The Ohio State University, where she is currently studying marketing and entrepreneurship. Her passion for business and marketing fuels her work with @need, where she assists with our partners’ SEO, PPC, digital strategy, and account management. Brooke finds joy in cooking and baking for her loved ones as well as eating sushi and listening to the musical stylings of the folk band, The Lumineers.

MANAGER

Jansen Lenzi

Together with his education and extensive experience in business management, Jansen’s passion and talent for digital marketing uniquely position him to help @need’s partners run extremely efficient and results-focused digital marketing campaigns. Using data-driven strategies for SEO, PPC, Google Local Service Ads, OTT, and other digital marketing tactics, Jansen sets the bar for quality lead generation in the at-need funeral space. An explorer of both digital trends and the great outdoors, Jansen enjoys spending a weekend with his family in a pop-up camper or taking a hike (literally). You may also find him cruising the roads on his Onewheel board, wind rippling majestically through his hair.
